The only concern was the cost. The most inexpensive system we found was about five thousand dollars. It would have taken us several years to make back that amount of money. At any rate, we stumbled across these guidelines for building your own solar panels. We decided to try out that way. It saved us quite a bit of cash, and the no cost, eco-friendly energy is fantastic! :) We run a number of of our appliances off this source of power.
