Lolita Chandler is currently an adjunct instructor in the Diversity Management Certificate Program at Cornell University, School of Industrial Relations in New York City. She currently works as a consultant to education and industry where her focus is on facilitating engaging conversations about diversity and inclusion that inspire listeners to action. Lolita holds a Master’s in Education from Teachers’ College, Columbia University, NY.
Cathy Bristow is Founder and Principal of BRIDGES, a New York consulting firm. Cathy is grounded in a philosophy and vision which says…’Look at what is and see what can be!” She uses this philosophy to assist organizations in seeing new possibilities during challenging business times. Cathy holds a BS from Wheelock College and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
