Henry CiFuentes has twelve years of Risk Management/Underwriting experience and is currently the Vice President of Hays Companies of Washington, D.C. He was responsible for casualty underwriting and servicing of affinity insurance programs in the late 1990′s at AON. Henry has successfully managed multiple national affinity programs and assisted in developing others from the ground up at Hays Companies. Henry manages a group of account managers and account executives in the affinity division specializing in Professional Liability coverage. In addition, Henry is involved in the day-to-day consulting, underwriting and advising of clients and association partners. Henry graduated with a B.S. in Management/Finance from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Marymount University.
Samantha Riley represents the interests of primary and excess insurers and re-insurers. She handles coverage and general commercial litigation, with specific experience in pre- and post-trial activity, including drafting complaints, discovery, dispositive and trial motions, appellate briefs, as well as conducting depositions. Ms. Riley provides complex coverage opinions, analyzes reinsurance agreements, negotiates cost-sharing arrangements among multiple insurers, and participates in mediation and settlement negotiations.
John Whittle has a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Glasgow University, a PhD. in Organic Chemistry from Imperial College, University of London. He was on the faculty of the Department of Chemistry, Lamar University, Beaumont, Texas 1969-2011. From 1999 until he retired in 2011, he was also Director of Risk Management.
