Dr. Fahie is well respected for building world class organizations, differentiating between strategic capabilities and needed capacity. A proven leader at creating environments where his staff can excel, Dr. Fahie is a prolific speaker on career development and advancement. Prior to his current assignment, Dr. Fahie held leadership roles in bioproduct development at Lilly. Previous to joining Lilly, Dr. Fahie held leadership positions at Glaxo and Glaxo Wellcome.

Thank you Dr. Fahie for producing a wonderful webinar! The technique and tactics discussed have provided the key elements that I have been missing in my career change strategy. Finding personal brand and designing the resume to reflect capabilities are concepts I have now brought into my resume. Data mining for company information is also a very useful concept, previously I would investigate the companies I was applying to, but not to this extent.
