what’s the difference between wine and whisky in Indian context.
The correct quotation is “In vino veritas” (Latin)
La vérité est dans le vin is nothing but a French translation of the Latin saying.
Sadly I’ll be at work, will their be a replay link?
Thank you Debora for sharing the info on the Latin origin for the quote. We hope you can join us. Sante!
This sounds great! I wonder if the speaker can share any suggestions for a text for an undergraduate course on the science of food/cooking/wine or something similar. Thank you.
I am also interested in a replay link as there is a seminar I must attend at the same time.
As a former Brewer, this will not only be an interesting, but refreshing presentation. Looking forward to it. ‘Happy brewing to all Brewers’
Please, if possible, allow for additional viewings. I will be performing a chemistry demonstration show at the scheduled time.
Also interest in a replay- writing (stealthily) from a conference!
I would be interested in a replay of the whole series. I teach at the scheduled time.
Thanks

Dear Jay: Thank you for your interest. The recording will be posted on Thursday 5/5. Please check back and thanks again.
Where is the record for Cheers! The Chemistry of Wine?
What is in red wine that turns some peoples mouths purple and not others?
I thought, when I first listened, it was said that a recording of the webinar would be available for later review. Is that still planned? Thanks.
Thank you for your interest. The recording will be available a week after the event. We hope you can check back again. Thank you.
