His career has spanned Research & Development, Human Resources, and Sales & Marketing. During this time he had responsibilities for University Relations, national PhD recruiting, and Technical Placement which is when he first developed the paper and presentation titled, “Secrets from the other side…What recruiters know that you don’t.     Dr. David Harwell is the Assistant Director for Career Management and Development at ACS. In his job, he works with chemical professionals throughout their careers. He is a chemist by training and a career counselor by profession.
